Divorce forms and kits
All the forms and the explanatory kits you may need to apply for divorce, serve your divorce forms or respond to a divorce application.
Applications for Divorce are to be filed in the Federal Circuit Court and must be set out on one side only (single sided) of size A4 durable white paper of good quality. (Rule 2.01 of the Federal Circuit Court Rules).

Application for divorce form and kit
The Application for Divorce Kit has instructions and explanations for filing for divorce. It includes an Application for Divorce Form. The Application for Divorce Form is available in different formats so you or your lawyer, if you have one, can choose the most appropriate one for you.
Applications for Divorce attract a filing fee. For more information see the Family Law courts Fees brochure.

Divorce service forms and kit
If you are a sole applicant, you will need to serve the Application for Divorce on your spouse. The Divorce Service Kit explains how to do this and includes the forms that you may require.

Objecting to an Application for Divorce
If you object to the Application for Divorce that has been sent to you, or to facts stated in the application, you can file a Response to Divorce.
