When can I use this Notice Disputing Itemised Costs Account
This notice is used by a person who has received an itemises costs account from a lawyer and wishes to dispute it.  It cannot be used until an itemised costs account has been received. 

Important notice
There are strict time limits that apply to this process which are listed on this document under Important notice.

Where can I find the costs lawyers may charge for work done in the Family Court
Refer to the Court's Cost Notice Brochure.

Making copies of the form for filing, service and yourself
The completed and signed original of the form is filed at the Court. Before you file it you must also make sufficient copies to have one for each person to be served and a copy for your own records.

In completing a Court form, you must*
Complete the form by typing (eg. on a computer or typewriter) or hand printed in ink.
