Notice of payment into Court



This form is used by a party when they are required to make a payment into Court, for example, under Rule 19.30.

Number of copies of the notice for filing, service and yourself
The completed and signed original of the notice filed at the Court. Before you file it you must also make sufficient copies to have one for each person to be served and a copy for your own records.
