This is a mandatory form.*

This form is used by a person (applicant) who has filed an Initiating Application to which the other party (respondent) has filed a Response to Initiating Application seeking orders about a new subject matter; and the applicant wishes to reply to those orders.  For example, if the application is about children and the respondent files a Response to Initiating Application seeking property orders, this form would be used to respond to the claim for property orders.

Making copies of the form for filing, service and yourself
The completed and signed original of the form is filed at the Court. Before you file it you must also make sufficient copies to have one for each person to be served and a copy for your own records

What you file with this form
If the respondent has raised property as a new subject matter in the Response and you are filing this reply to oppose the property orders sought, you will also have to file a Financial Statement with your reply. The Financial Statement Kit provides instructions.

Each party to the case, ie. those named as respondent/s on the application.
