Warrant of arrest



This form of Warrant has been prepared by the Court as a precedent for use when a court has ordered that a person be arrested and bought before the Court for example under Section 65Q(2) Family Law Act 1975. See also Rules 15.36, 21.04(2)(b), 21.07(b), 21.16, 21.17, 21.18 of the Family Law Rules 2004.

This document is ordinarily prepared by the Court making the order although the court may ask a party to provide a draft for its consideration.
