Counselling certificate for applicants married less than 2 years (as required in Part D of the Federal Magistrates Court’s Divorce Form).

This form is for spouses who have been married less than two years and want to apply for divorce. More information on this process can be found in the Family Law Courts fact sheet ‘Married less than two years?’ under the Publications section of this website.

All divorce applications should be filed in the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia (FMC).
