Victorian Bushfires 2009 Replacement Document Request
If your documents were destroyed in the 2009 Victorian Bushfires, there will be no charge for obtaining replacements. You can:
- complete this Request Form and send to your nearest Family Law Registry
- attend one of our Family Law Registries in person, or
- call the National Enquiries Centre on 1300 352 000 to make your request by telephone.
