Federal Magistrate Court Forms

A link to all forms used in the Federal Magistrates Court.

Applications filed in the Federal Magistrates Court must be set out on one side only (single sided) of size A4 durable white paper of good quality. (Rule 2.01 of the Federal Magistrates Court Rules).

NOTE: Parties and practitioners should file the form prescribed for use in the Federal Magistrates Court. However, a form prescribed for use in the Family Court may be accepted as 'substantially complying' with the form requirement of the Federal Magistrates Court.
