What the Family Law Courts staff can and cannot do for clients

Registry staff are here to help clients but there are limitations on what help we can provide because of the law and because we have to be impartial. This brochure summarises what we can and cannot provide or do.

* For further information or to get paper copies of this document sent to you, call 1300 352 000, or visit a family law registry near you.
