Family Law Courts publications

These publications are shared publications that are relevant to both the Family Court and the Federal Magistrates Court.

The following publications have been prepared by the Family Law Courts. When certain applications are filed, the Rules require the Court to give specific brochures to the person filing the application (the applicant). The Rules also require the applicant to provide specific brochures, along with other court documents, to the other party (the respondent). These are known as 'prescribed' brochures. The list below indicates which brochures are 'prescribed' in this manner.
