User Guide to eFiling Initiating Applications in Family Law (Family Law Courts)
This user guide is to assist people who wish to file an Initiating Application electronically via the Commonwealth Courts Portal which is located at www.comcourts.gov.au.
This User Guide describes the process for electronically submitting an Initiating Application with the Family Court of Australia, pursuant to Rule 2.02A Family Law Rules 2004 and the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia, pursuant to Rules 2.07A and 2.07B Federal Magistrates Court Rules 2001.
