I need to prove we are divorced - how do I do that?
I need a divorce replacement or proof of divorce?
The divorce document you received from the Court is an official and original proof of divorce. If you require proof of your divorce you will receive a document that is the same as we issued at the time your divorce was finalised. If you are a third party and require proof of divorce you will receive a divorce certificate. All divorce replacements are official and original divorce documents. The Proof of Divorce form can be found in the forms section of this website.
If your divorce was granted in Western Australia you will need to contact the Family Court of Western Australia.
If your divorce was granted outside of Australia you will need to contact the relevant court in the country where the divorce was granted.

If your divorce was finalised after 13 February 2010 you can register and log into the Commonwealth Courts Portal and print a divorce as shown above. You will need to know your file number and client ID.
